Login page scrambled after ad/txk 10 patch

Hello Guru's,

Recently we applied ad/txk 10 patches in our ebs r12.2.4 instance and login page is scrambled after patch application. I did ojspcompile, compile menus, flexfields but none of them helped. can someone suggest anyother workaround if you faced issue.
