Non Lead Registers Stuck on "Restoring" or "Single-User"

Hi All,

We are facing one critical problem which seems base code issue of Oracle Xstore V16 (V16.0.0.0.699) as below

During the nightly closing process, an ATOM called "DATABASE_BACKUP" is run, this atom backs up Register 1's database, zips and sends it to the non leads. The non leads detect the current database and restores the db from register 1.

The main problem here is, this works about 40% of the time. The majority of the time, the XSTORE database OR the Training database fail to properly restore and get stuck with a "RESTORING" or "SINGLE-USER" state, rendering the database unusable if register 1 ever goes down.
