additional charges to be paid against supplier

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear Team,

we have scenario where in my client will hire some equipment from supplier and they will also agree to pay some re conditioning charges along with payment

That is  for some fixed days for example if they they are returning the equipment within 30 days they will pay the agreed reconditioning charges if it's exceed 30 days client will be paying some additional amount to the supplier apart from the agreed re conditioning charges

Please through us some light on the requirement
