Why do nonlead registers wait 10 minutes before shutdown in the end of store closure?

Hey all.

Why do nonlead registers wait for 10 minutes before reboot in the end of store closure? Is there any specific reason for this delay? Is there any impact if we set it to say 1 minute by adjusting reboot-postclose-nonlead atom configuration like this:

windows.atom.reboot-postclose-nonlead.args=shutdown /r /t 60 /f /d 4:1 /c "Xenvironment is rebooting this register (reboot-postclose-nonlead)."
