Designing Cafe One: "Action not allowed"

(This is only my second Café One attempt so the answer could be very basic.)

In our dev environment, I'm attempting to create a combination Address Book (the driver screen) and Customer Master screen.

I get the two screens together with a dynamic link and my test customer comes up in both - yay.

But on the Customer Master screen, I would like to copy the 00000 company record to add company records for one or more of our companies (thus the point of creating a Café One page to begin with. We use Line of Business and need to add company records for our customers.)
