Using Items in Core PO without inventory

No Inventory or iProcurement

Client wants to load Items they have a list of in a speardsheet

These represent supplier items (they do not have stock of any sort and do not use INV) but are not necessarily subject to any particular supplier.

There is alot of info on MOS but could someone outline at a high level how best to enter / load these items en masse so that when raising a PO in core purchasing the users can select the item from the Item LOV and it can default in the price?
