the login page comes by default with another user name

Hello ,

  A user  “A “ tried to connect to EBS from his computer,   the login page comes by default  with another user name “B”   .

Please note that, the user’s “A”  computer has never been used by anyone else.

  How could this happen?, what should we verify?
