Error Page Display while register new candidate in iRecruitement in R12

Hi Team, I am working on Vision instance 12.2.6 (R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.13) When i try to Click ( Register Today,Manage my Account,View Jobs Applied for ) link in iRecruitment External Site Visitor responsibility, the following error message displays:

Error Page

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

Kindly reply me what can be the issue?
