Is it possible to know what changes made to PO that has triggered PO to Inprocess status.

Hi

Change or revision history do not capture the change that are waiting for approval. for e.g. user change the po and the status in process for approval, but the approval do not have information on the changes, is it possible to capture this information or does it get captured.
