Hi Team,

I am using JDE 9.2 Version. Many time we have faced the issue that, Freight update R4981 fails and it is not moving the sales order Status.

We have investigated and we found hat the reason being that there is no data in F4945 for the given shipment number. So we have to generate a new shipment number and process the orders. Here i would like to know that what is the reason that in few of the cases the data is not there in F4945 table.

Please help me in this.
