PO Revisions SQL query to retrieve all revisions in a given period of time.

I need a SQL query to retrieve all PO revisions cases within a period.The revisions can be quantity,rate,taxes,ship to location,payment terms,note to vendor etc.This means I should have the data for a PO with 0 revision and all other revisions - 1,2,3 etc.
