UBE Can't Update and Insert to Table

Dear Experts,
I've created UBE that it can update and insert to table
But when I run the UBE, it can't update or insert to table
It just only can fetch single from table
When I debug the UBE, it show that data mapping operation for update was correct
Would you please explain to me which step I've missed?
