Notification to completely timeout without the approver's supervisor being notified

Hi,

We want the workflow approval notification to completely timeout after two reminder notifications, without the approver's supervisor being notified - any suggestions on how can we achieve this?

With reference to Doc ID 973699.1 - the following is stated:

NOTE:  With AME when the notification does completely timeout the approver's supervisor will be notified.  It will not route to the next AME Approver.    Once the supervisor responds with Approve then the next AME approver will be notified.  This is so that approver's that are generated by the AME Rules are not skipped.
