PO Output for Communication report displaying data incorrectly

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

'PO Output for Communication' report ( for this standard code, custom template was assigned) for few PO's data is displaying partially. I am not able verify standard code logic due to XSLFO .

Can any one guide on this?
