Not able to access the Online Booking / Tendering from Service Provider login

Dear All,

I am facing an issue with service provider being unable to access the Online Booking / Tendering Tile. The user gets the below error whenever the user online booking tile.

I am attaching the error and the setup document for the servprov, please let me know what changes are required to make this work.
