users are able to login to EBS only ifthey use "in-private" mode in IE

Hello,

Our users are getting "page cannot be displayed" error in IE when login to EBS 12.2.6 but are successfully able to login when used "in-private" mode in IE. User deleted temporary internet files, cookies, history, java cache but still get the same error.

We have two internal nodes with 3 oacores on each node.

Please help.
