Smart Form Search Functionality

I wonder if anyone can help me with this

We have in excess of 1,500 Smart Forms in our PROD setup

Searching these is hard using the Simple/Standard search functionality & the Keywords in the Smart Form

I have an Oracle Document called Search Engine Logic. I am sure this is an appendix to the main iProc manual

It clearly states that "searching for AB does not return AB22ZL"

My experience is different. If I enter IT, it returns loads of Smart Forms with the word RECRUITMENT in the keywords

This seems to be counter to what the Manual says should happen
