EM CC 13.3 not showing pop up to login as sysdba

Hello everybody,

it's a bit strange, but our EM CC 13.3 suddenly stopped showing the Pop Up with the possibility to login as sysdba again.

I mean the popup like this screenshot:

It seems that at this point the EM CC 13.3 is a bit buggy. Because sometimes it works and sometimes not.

I also found out, that if we go to Availability --> Backup & Recovery --> Restore Points and then go to Perform Recovery... i can see that i am logged in as sys.

Does anyone have the same problem? Do someone know if there is a existing bug for this problem?
