Not able to login to Agile through solidworks EC connector CAX_User_Name not returned

Hi Team,

We have one user who is not able to login to EC client and when I check in a9proxy log, I saw below error.

But If he try's same credentials from different system he is able to login.

Other users are able to login to EC client through solidworks,

We are using Solidworks 2017, Agile EC 341 and Agile 934. Can you please help us here!
