Can't Filter Column Where Quantity Is Not Zero

Dear Experts,

I want to filter the quantity that only display row with quantity !=0. But every time I type "!=0" and then click enter, nothing happen.

Take a look at this picture and please check the keyword filter for Quantity On Hand column.

The filter above will show nothing. So I've filter the quantity with another way like picture below.

Filter value = 0 is not accepted, so I try another value with 0.0001 and -0.0001.

Does this case is still normal? Or, something wrong with my configuration?

FYI, we're running on JDE Enterprise Tools 9.1.5.
