Very Slow Login in Admin Console

We have observed that WebLogic’s admin console takes a long time to login when a managed server is an unresponsive state. For example, if a manager server is in an out of memory state, without health or responding.

It seems like the console is waiting for the managed server to responded and only give up after a certain amount of time.

Is there any parameter that we can set this timeout value?
