Has there been a change in image 24 with regard to reassigning REQ approver ?

Prior to the upgrade to image 24, tools 8.56.  Below parameters return a results.  After upgrade image 24, it does not.

What works in image 24 are the following.  Please confirm if below is a change due to a reported bug.  Customer needs to know because it will impact their training material and job aid.
