Assigning worksheet to homepage of Demantra taking longer time

Hi Team,

While Assigning worksheet to the home page user collaborative workbench,  We need to scroll left site multiple worksheets and select specific worksheet and move to right side.

We have multiple teams (sales, operation and marketing teams etc). Each team will need access of 3 to 4 worksheet , and while account creation we are manually assigning these worksheets  to home page of login user.

Is these any easy method to assign worksheets to the home page of collaborator workbench. Screen print attached
