OEM 13C Release 3 returns you to the login screen after select SQL_ID to view from TOP ACTIVITY afte

After applying the July 2020 EMBP patch set to our OMS/OEM 13.3 system when clicking on SQL_ID from the TOP_ACTIVITY screen the system sends us back to the OMS/OEM login screen.  It appears that once you login in again and do the same steps this time it will bring you to the SQL DETAILS screen.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?
