OTL Time Category 'PA Billable Flag' mapping component - project or task level?

  • Time and Labor Patch Level: R12.HXT.C.13
  • HXCTIMCAT (Time Categories form) version: 12.0.8

Need clarification -- is the value for the 'PA Billable Flag' mapping component derived from the project-level or task-level setting? And, is there a way to control the level it is derived from?
