items show up with on hand quantity in 'Non Quantity tracked Subinvetory" How do remove the on hand?

I changed a subinv from Qty Tracked to Non Qty Tracked, MIsc Rcpt items into the subinv, but items appears in inventory when they should not. I have tried Issuing them back out and tried creating a Move Order with no luck.
