Not able to login in ebiztta

I am actually trying to login ebizta to get connect to oaf which is installed in unix. I am getting above error. i found the solution that i need to uninstall all the version of jre then need to install only latest version. But I had only java 8 installed. even i uninstalled and installed again. still I am facing the issue.Can anybody gulde me to resolve the same.
