OTM 6.3.7. web start page - Do not see Oracle logo and correct login page

Hello to Every1!

I just installed OTM 6.3.7 on single OEL 7.9 server

All tiers (Database 11gR2 + OHS 11.1.1.9 + WebLogic 10.3.6) starting good, without errors.

But when I go to login page of OTM in my browser I don't see usual OTM login page with Oracle logo on the top.

What I missed during the installation of OTM 6.3.7?
