EBS 12.2.10 - Home Spinning After Initial login.

Hello All,

The EBS applications has been upgraded from R12.1.3 to EBS 12.2.10 version. The homepage is visible, but after logging in as SYSADMIN , it keeps spinning with the below message. Nothing is getting displayed even after 60 minutes .

"Oracle E-Business Suite has been placed into lockdown mode. You can secure the environment by reviewing the security guidelines and applying them as needed."

I am attaching the screen shot for reference. Any ideas are welcome and appreciated. 

EBS Version: Upgraded from R12.1.3. to 12.2.10.

EBS Server OS: RHEL 6.10

DB Version: Upgraded from 12.1.0.2 to 19.9.0.0 .

DB Server OS :

Oracle Solaris 11.4 SPARC
