Login Screen Frozen in P6 PPM R16.2
I have a user who is unable to access any of the field on the login screen for P6 PPM R16.2 - effectively the screen appears frozen.
The users CITRIX session has been re-set previously and his machine re-booted there are no live P6 sessions associated with the user.
Looking for some suggestions as to what the issue may be and the resolutions?
