Siebel sif import process from IP15.13 to IP20.5.

Hi All,

We are exploring ways to import sifs from Siebel IP15.13 to IP20.5 in order to address the code merge process with respect to update the runtime repository as a part of upgrade project. Kindly suggest possible approach for the same.

Direct sif import for the same seems to be not working as of now.
