Assigning Resource to an Open Assignment using PA_RES_MANAGEMENT_AMG_PUB API

Hi All,

We have a requirement to Assign a Resource to an Existing Open Assignment.

We are trying to use the PA_RES_MANAGEMENT_AMG_PUB.STAFF_REQUIREMENT API to assign the Resource to the Assignment,

What is the Process of this?

Do we call STAFF_REQUIREMENT api and then SUBMIT_ASSIGNMENT? (to auto approve it?) because if we are sending the Provisional Status code to Staff_Requirement API, we need to automatically Assign it (bypass workflow) to the Open Requirement.

Also, we are getting the below Error when we are trying to call the Staff_Assignment API
