Unable to login JDE XE application: ERROR: could not load environment pd7333

Hi team,

We are using JDE XE version application. Now we are facing unable to login application .getting Unable to login JDE XE application: ERROR: could not load environment pd7333. could you please do need full ASAP.

another time when we are going to login application getting bellow error:

jdecgrt:Unable to retrieve Business view information-Application P9881.

Note: i have restarted services , DB login working fine, we are confuse how to resolve issue, could you please help us get it resolved.
