After Assigning of POS Supplier Guest User to GUEST, iSupplier external url stopped working

As per implementation guide I have assigned POS Supplier Guest User responsibility to GUEST user. after that when existing isupplier try to log in into iSupplier Portal could not able to due to Loading.. Popup on the login page as well as Prosepective supplier registration page.

Could any one suggest what could be the reason. Attached are the screenshots of the issue. After assigning POS Supplier Guest User to GUEST user all external urls have the same issue. none of the external url is working.
