We are in Oracle R12.1.3 Responder ID showing different name

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

Need someone help please, or have similar issue like this.

The responder id is showing another suppler name instead of the user who submitted this requisition.

eg: This is just a sample screen . Under that Responder ID, it should have been Smith,Joe (as Smith, Joe submitted this but in this case, the responder is another supplier. Do anyone know why this is behaving like this?
