User reactivation result in failed to login
We have 4-5 instances where user failed to logon to Oracle Fusion after account reactivation.
The user was set with active status and not locked. User face authenticate error prompt after the reactivation.
Import User & roles schedule processes were ran, user local machine browser were cleared too. None seems avail.
However i have gone through the searching of knowledge base, finding re-creating the user account seems to be a way out. I just want to be sure if recreating a new user account will secure the data that was previously intact in the old account.
Any lose of data is not able to be recovered. Below is the document link i found for user re-creating after reactivation. Could u please advise on the possible lost of data pieces, and please suggest the backup or restore method for this.
