Global Check box while creating Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

While creating BPA, we can select check box for Global to work particular BPA across All Operating unit. If we do not select that check box for Global, BPA document gets valid for only for single Operating unit.

I need whether there is oracle standard document which will give me idea that if I select any option (select check box for Global or not) while creating BPA, once document gets saved and Approved. I can not make any changes to that Global check box.
