Siebel IP15.18 HI with VDI

We have Siebel HI IP15.18(Not OPEN UI) in production.

My client started transferring users to use VDI with Siebel.

Users complain that Siebel becomes slow.

Has anyone encountered a problem I have?

We have checked from the network latency perspective and there are no issues.

Is there anything specific needs to be done when access is through VDI?

My VDI parametrs: WIN 10 IE 11 compatibility 8 for HI.
