Customizing PO workflow

Dear All ,

We plan to move to EBS 12.2 from 12.1.3 and also intend to customize the Standard PO Approval workflow for further details for the audit requirements to show additional details for for the approvers to take an informed decision.

Any inputs on the steps taken to carry this out along with the impact in terms of maintainability
