Unable to Login to JDEPLAN

Hi There,

While trying to go for 9.2 installation on Windows 2019 server. Have installed the Oracle 19c client and local Database 19c on the Deployment Server. After successful installation of EnterpriseOne E920 Deployment server and manually upgrading the tools release to 9.2.4 (as this is the minimum TR required while having 19c client). After the above steps when i try to login to JDEPLAN using JDE id getting the below error message along with the error logs mentioned below.

Unable to load environment JDEPLAN
