Using Solaris 11.4, we have HBA FC disks defined. We need to add iSCSI for some existing disks. How?

We are retiring some NetApp nodes. We need to scan these disks into iSCSI and the existing NetApp disks are part of the Fiber Channel HBA set up. From storage team: "We are decommissioning NetApp Node 1 and 2. If you do not want to loose fc connections when we migrate the volumes and LUN's you will need to rescan the HBA’s so they see the paths to Node 3 and 4."
