Oracle R12 Login Screen Issue

Hi there,

I need assistance on this issue.

After clone from PROD to TEST, after clone steps ran successfully including autoconfig on both DB and Apps. But Login screen came with HTTP: 404 Not Found.

I've perused every similar issue listed on this platform and tried most of all, yet still with same issue.

I've also applied patch related to it to no avail.

Can someone please point me to what I might be missing as this is so strange to me!


Version: Oracle R12.0.6, Oracle Database 10.2.0.4.0
