ASCP Anchor Date can not change to SYS current date & Plan End Date is invalid.

Dear all, I have created a new plan on vision for process manufacturing Org TST:M1 on R12.1.3. The error is generated "The Plan end date is invalid". System is showing Plan Start Date 14-JUN-2021 and Plan end date 30-DEC-2018. Also the Anchor Date in Planning Parameters can not change to SYS current date. I have rebuilded the org workday calendar to 2024. Am I missing anything? Please help.
