Process INSUFFICIENT_FUND_PROCESS in workflow

Hi all,

Just noted that there is a process (INSUFFICIENT_FUND_PROCESS) has been left behind in any process in R12.

But it does exists in Main Requisition Approval process in R11.5.8.

Anyone has idea about this issue ?
