New fat client env variable ORACLE_HOSTNAME

Hi,  we are  installing new fat client, jde client, but face error with env variables ORACLE_HOSTNAME.

how add  on Win10?

it's OK?
ORACLE_HOME=C:\app\Administrator\product\12.1.0\client_1
