Attempting to upgrade a host, received this after activating the new boot environment and rebooting. very similar to this old thread: https://community.oracle.com/mosc/discussion/3607832/can-not-read-the-pool-label-from-notice-spa-import-rootpool-error-5

I'm able to re-activate the previous boot environment can get into the system.

I don't currently have an Solaris boot image to attempt exporting/importing the rpool

root@brk-x4500-1:~# uname -a

root@brk-x4500-1:~# zpool status rpool

 pool: rpool

 state: ONLINE

 scan: resilvered 14.2G in 6m07s with 0 errors on Fri Aug 26 09:58:00 2016
