Auto-populate User Login Name during a workflow

Hi everyone,

I'm aware that we can auto-populate a user data picker DE with the name of the user currently creating the BP record. I learned that it works only during record creation, but it won't work for the steps after. I need to have the name of the user at the following step in the form.

The user data picker also can't be configured to filter the user selection list based on the groups of that particular shell. It always refers to the Company Workspace's group. Names under the Company Workspace's group will be different for the same group under the other shells'.
