HTML Tags in FND Message - PO_PDF_EMAIL_TEXT

Hello,

We have a requirement to add formatting in PO_PDF_EMAIL_TEXT message.

I have added HTML tags, Generate Messages, bounced server as well, but in the email body, it is not rendering properly and tags like <P> and other HTML tags are shown with the text message.

How can I resolve the issue?

EBS version 12.2.7
