PO release price does not match that of blanket PO

A blanket purchase order was copied from one year to the next and the prices changed on the blanket. The purchase order contained inventory items.

Blanket releases are reflecting the price on the old purchase order (and the one in the inventory master and org) rather than reflecting the updated approved blanket purchase order.
