When the number of logins increases in application - LDAP authentication failed

When the number of logins increases in application - LDAP authentication failed and shows invalid credentials message, we -netstate our port in the database server to observe all connection when it crosses 63 + connection. New user unable to login into application however current user doesn't show any problem until current user log out if the current user also log out then-current user is also unable to login.


Any Suggestion?
